1. What they are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. The browser's local storage works the same way, so we treat it as a cookie here.
2. Your choice
On your first visit we ask whether you accept measurement cookies and marketing cookies. Until you answer, or if you decline, none of them are used, and the site works just the same, forms included. With Google we use its consent mode (Consent Mode): its tools only start after you accept, and only for the purposes you accepted.
You can change your choice whenever you want, with the button below or under Cookie preferences, in the site footer. If you withdraw a permission, we delete the cookies the site stored for that purpose. Those each service keeps on its own domain (for example, linkedin.com or facebook.com) are deleted in your browser settings.
3. Necessary
They make the site work and keep your choice. They are always on and do not ask for permission.

In the client portal (portal.beyondfocus.pt) we only use necessary cookies: those that keep you signed in and those that keep preferences such as the language.
4. Measurement (with permission)
They tell us which pages are seen, for how long and how the site is used, so we can improve it.

Microsoft Clarity records mouse movements, clicks and scrolling on each page, without what you type into form fields.
5. Marketing (with permission)
They measure how our ads perform and let us show them to people who have visited the site.

When your visit starts on one of our campaign pages (/orcamento), LinkedIn is not loaded. If you reach it from another page of the site, the LinkedIn tag that page had already loaded stays active.
6. The services and their own rules
Google, Meta, Microsoft and LinkedIn also handle this data under their own privacy policies. Some of these companies are in the United States: what applies to those transfers is in section 5 of the privacy policy.
