Beyond Portal

The client portal is where you review and approve each version of your video.

We use it on every Beyond Focus project, at no extra cost.

Review

Your notes stay pinned to the second of the video they refer to.

Pause the video where you want to change something and write the note there.
If it is easier, mark it on the frame itself, with a circle or a line. You can step forward or back one frame at a time until you find the spot.
When the new version arrives, watch it next to the previous one.
Below it, each note you left shows what we did with it.
If it is good, approve it. If it only needs a small fix, approve it anyway.
The version is marked as approved and we take care of the fix. If you want to change more, you ask for the changes on the same page.

The final files.
The approved films and photos, ready to publish. Download one at a time or all together.
The proposal and the contract.
They are kept in the portal, so you can open them whenever you need.
The invoices.
On a page of their own, which shows what is still to be paid.
The messages.
What you write in the portal reaches the whole team, and the conversation stays with the project.
The photos to choose from.
After a photo session, you make your selection directly in the portal.
A link for a colleague.
Someone on your team can view and comment on a version without creating an account, in Portuguese, English or Spanish.

Access

When the project starts, you get an invitation by email. One click and you have access.
After that, you sign in with a link we send to your email, on your computer or your phone. If you prefer, you can set a password.
