We do hotel video production in Portugal, from the brand film to the photographs for Booking.com.
A hotel film shows guests what a stay feels like before they book. We film it at your hotel, and the photographs for the booking platforms can come from the same days.
This is what hotels have received from us.
Hotel Casa Palmela, in Arrábida
A five-star hotel in the Small Luxury Hotels group. The film and the photographs came from one day of production at the hotel, a morning and an afternoon.
“Professionalism, availability and transparency throughout the process. When faced with an unexpected situation, the team responded quickly and with commitment. The result met our expectations.”
This is what a hotel receives from one production.
The hotel film
A guest's day at your hotel, for the website, the ads and the booking platforms.
Photography for the booking platforms
Rooms, common areas and details, for Booking.com, Airbnb and your own website.
Cuts for social media
Vertical versions for Reels and TikTok, edited from scratch from the same shoot.
Aerial shots
With our own drone and licence, when the surroundings are part of the stay.
Filming a hotel that is open does not have to disturb its guests.
Do you film while the hotel is open?
Yes. We plan the shoot with your operations team, around the occupancy calendar, so the rooms and areas we film are ready and the guests are not disturbed.
Do you film outside of Lisbon?
Yes. Hotel Casa Palmela is in Arrábida, and we film hotels across the whole country. The travel is listed separately in the proposal.
These are the questions hotels ask us before a shoot.
Most projects take 2 to 4 weeks from the brief to delivery, with 1 or 2 days of filming, and a brand film with more shoot days can take up to 8 weeks.
The hotel film and, if you want them, photographs of the hotel. The proposal lists every version you receive and the usage rights. Our videos start at €700, and the quote is fixed before you decide.
Video shows what photographs cannot: the light in the room, the pace of breakfast, the view from the pool. It gives a guest more to go on before clicking. We cannot promise a figure for your hotel; Hotel Casa Palmela measured its own after our film, and it is shown above.
